Addicted To Love

The year started off with a bang! I was blessed to share in the joyous occasion of my dear friend Kylee in her marriage to Cole! Kylee and Cole were married 1-1-11! What a perfect wedding date! The service was beautiful as was the bride! The party was a blast and many memories were made. I'll forever be grateful to Kylee and Cole for allowing me the honor of sharing in their most special day!

Just a few days after the wedding, Kylee, Cole and I had to say 'see you later' for now as they headed back home to New Jersey. I count down the days until I get to see them again.

Mountain West Bank had a successful annual party again this year! It was a fun night out for Damon and I - they always seem to come so few and far between.

January begins a month of 'birthday madness' in the Heck household. Damon turned another year on the 5th...I left another year behind on the 15th and Kylor turned 4 on the 18th! I can't believe it - 4-years old!!! I can remember the day of Ky's birth like it was yesterday. What an amazing little boy we have on our hands. In the past few months he's grown and matured so much. He thinks babies are an 'incredible miricle' (his words) and he continuously asks when his 'baby sister' will be in my tummy? (Can't guarantee that'll ever happen). He loves to watch Holmes on Holmes with Dad. Kylor loves - and loves with all of his heart! Kylor rocketed off the charts at his 4-year well child check-up. His height is in the 105th percentile and his weight is in the 90th percentile. Our little preemie (who entered this world at 4lbs 12.5oz) has sure come a long way! We are so lucky and blessed to have our Ky-Man - can't imagine life without him.
Bella...our little Bella girl. She's still a young kitty at heart! 10-years old and she's in wonderful health. Worst we've seen is a tooth extraction that took place in January. Poor little kitty had a bad, broken tooth. If that's the worst of it, I'm one happy mama. We sure love our Bella Ann!

Our 'walker boy' Kason has taken off! It took him some time to gain the confidence to take off on his own, but he worked at it and has now mastered the skill. BUT...the tantrums have started. I don't remember Ky having his first tantrum until he was almost 2-years old. Kason has started them at the ripe young age of 14-months. Wowzers! Tantrums aside, Kas is still a joy - a ball of cuteness - and mommy's little cuddler. I am proud to be his mama.

As January comes to an end, we look forward to the new changes and challenges that February has in store for us.
